The LD Desk by Jon Goulder is obviously inspired by the iconic George Nelson Swag Desk, but with a bit of a more masculine, substantial form. What do you think? Is this modern interpretation a worthy offspring of Nelson’s perfect work desk? We like how the cables and cords from your setup can snake from the sides…ideal for laptop users! I love finding great furniture out by the curb waiting for someone to come by and give it a new home. Even better then saving a perfectly good item from spending eternity in a landfill is finding a piece of furniture that can be re-purposed into something unique. In total, this project cost us less than $150, with the inclusion of a few plumbing connections and a tube of caulk. The result: a one-of-a-kind custom vanity that adds charm and elegance to our renovated half bath. April 5, 2017 at 05:59PM
